CRANBERRY APPLE WALNUT BREAD

2 cups apples, peeled and chopped (bite size)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs. oil
1 egg
1 cup flour + 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts
*Add 1/8 to1/4 cup milk if too dry.

Combine apples, sugar oil and egg; mix together and then add all dry ingredients. Add cranberries and walnuts- mix gently. Spread batter into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350, 1 hour.
