Come meet the staff of the Tuck Inn B&B in Rockport, MA.
When we first started operating the Tuck Inn B&B on Cape Ann, we assumed that we could run the inn by ourselves with the occasional help of some of our family. Well it took us just one exhausting season to discover how wrong we were, and the next year we started to add some outside help to ease our work load. We have increased the amount of our staff every year since while still maintaining the feeling that this is a family run B&B.
Today we have a staff of 10 part-time employees consisting of family, friends, and the family of friends, who help us in every facet of operating our B&B in Rockport, MA. It's this select group who ensures that your rooms are kept neat and spotless, that the building is freshly painted and well maintained, and that the flower gardens and grounds are so meticulous. They are also responsible for freeing up our time, allowing us to visit with you and tend to your needs.
We are indebted to our staff and proud of the work they perform for us and for you, our guests. Our success is a direct result of their hard work and dedication, and frankly we would not be here still without their help.

Rockport and the area. Even our long-term guests have often been surprised and amazed at their knowledge about local lore, history, places to see, things to do, and fun facts. Feel free to ask them about the town and how they feel about growing up and living on our beloved Cape Ann - which we all love to share with you!
Liz and I feel unbelievable fortunate to have such a loyal and hard-working staff to back us up and take some of the work-load off our shoulders.
